Surrounded by the magic of Venice, this luxurious 120-square-meter apartment [1200 Square Feet] on the Piano Nobile floor of the historic Palazzo Duodo Balbi Valier, dating back to the 16th century, offers a memorable stay in one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Accessed through a courtyard with a 17th-century well, the apartment is elegantly and meticulously furnished, combining antique and modern furniture, and features a majestic beamed ceiling with original 18th-century frescoes.
INTERIOR
The 60-square-meter [ 600 Square Feet] “salone” or large living room hall, furnished by an interior designer with 17th-century and contemporary artworks, a piano, and a large library of books covering many interesting subjects and languages.
The contemporary kitchen and bathroom, featuring marble and Bisazza tiles, offer all the comforts needed for a romantic couple or a family stay.
THE ROOMS
The apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people, with two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed on a large mezzanine with a private sitting area, library and TV, and the other a cozy bedroom with two single beds.
