A masterpiece of Venetian architecture, Palazzo Duodo Balbi Valier was built for the noble Duodo family in the 16th century.
Designed by the renowned architect Vincenzo Scamozzi, this splendid palace was originally built for Admiral Pietro Duodo, hero of the Battle of Lepanto in 1571.
Over the centuries, Palazzo Duodo Balbi Valier has hosted some of history’s most important figures, including kings, princes, artists, diplomats, and entrepreneurs.
